Imaging Spectrum: Merging Two E-Commerce Sites into a Custom Shopify Solution

Imagine Spectrum, a Texas-based company selling digital imaging equipment and supplies as well as offering printing services, operated two separate e-commerce sites on different platforms: Imaging Spectrum (their main brand) and Pakor (a subsidiary). Both sites offered similar products but were outdated and struggled with user experience and search visibility.  Additionally, the company struggled to convey its identity and unique value proposition through the site. This led to difficulties in differentiating themselves from competitors with compelling and impactful content. The client needed to consolidate these brands and platforms into a single e-commerce solution without alienating either customer base.

Solutions

Web Loft Designs revamped Imaging Spectrum's online presence enhancing both its visual appeal and functionality by merging the two e-commerce sites into a custom site built on the Shopify platform. Our approach included:
