Challenges
When Hope Bros. Investment Sales approached us, they were facing a digital crossroads: they needed to migrate their existing website from Wix to WordPress, aiming to retain their current design and sitemap.
At the heart of their website was an interactive map - a critical tool for showcasing property listings. However, it wasn't living up to its potential: Hope Bros. envisioned a dynamic interface where the map and property list dynamically interacted with each other, providing a seamless user experience.
But that was just the beginning. They also needed:
- Integration with SalesForce CRM to capture and nurture valuable leads
- A user-friendly admin interface for easy property listing management
- On-demand property information through downloadable PDFs
- A smart system to recognize returning users, streamlining their experience
Solutions
To address the migration challenge, we meticulously moved the Hope Bros. website from Wix to WordPress, ensuring the design and sitemap remained intact. We enhanced the map functionality by implementing an interactive feature that allowed the map and property list to "talk to each other." When users zoomed in on individual properties, irrelevant listings were filtered out, making the search process intuitive and efficient.
For lead capture, we integrated a brochure download option linked to the SalesForceCRM, streamlining the process by requiring minimal information from returning users.
The admin control panel retained the familiar Excel-style format for ease of use, and we ensured all property listings and downloadable PDFs were easily accessible.
User-friendly contact forms were designed to store information in a database and send copies to the client, ensuring a smooth communication process.
Results
The successful WordPress migration elevated Hope Bros. Investment Sales' digital presence while maintaining brand continuity. Key improvements included:
