Challenges
Odell Medical Search is a unique firm that recruits exceptional medical professionals to place in organizations seeking outstanding team members who want to stay and grow with the facility. One of the biggest challenges that the company faced was that its website needed an upgrade, so it could have the capacity to look professional and function correctly on mobile devices.
The owners of the company felt that they were losing potential clients because the website that was in place lacked a modern appearance and failed to provide a good user experience. There were no clear calls to action, and there were limited options for opportunities for users to make contact.
Solution
When the Odell Medical Search team reached out to Web Loft Designs and explained their issues, Web Loft quickly developed a solution and made a proposal. The plan was to build a new website that was not only 100% mobile friendly but most importantly conveyed the brand and resonated as trustworthy with the target audience which, at the end, will result in higher conversions. We also needed to make sure that it provided ample opportunities for web visitors to connect with the company.
In addition to being mobile-friendly, WLD created a great user experience by implementing inviting colors, obvious calls to action, and installing an accessibility option so that people with disabilities could navigate the site as well. Another important component is implementation of WordPress CMS that made it much easier to update content on the site and giving Odell’s team greater control over their ongoing marketing efforts.
Results
A streamlined work of art that clearly states the purpose of the site and allows the user to explore all of the information that is available to them while making it easy to reach out and make contact. The new website is everything Odell Medical Search expected and more.
